Piloting the Patient Behaviour Data Analysis
Swedish patients are the least likely to be engaged by their healthcare providers as partners in their care and treatment decisions.

Swedish patients experience relatively poor care, in terms of how well it meets their individual needs, preferences, and values which results in the following challenges:
-
Difficulty of patients in obtaining appointments at convenient dates and times.
-
Long waits for appointments due to poor scheduling.
-
Obstacles to consistently meeting the same practitioner on repeated visits.
-
Patients with complex, chronic conditions often need to travel to several locations on multiple dates in order to see the different types of providers who care for them.

We need to start analyzing patient behavior together with healthcare providers to improve healthcare outcomes.

Patient behavior analysis has the potential to increase patient satisfaction, which will help the healthcare provider's business development through the following added qualities;

-
Accessibility to Healthcare Services
-
Seamless Communication with Healthcare Providers
-
-
Enhanced Patient Experience
-
Increased Health Awareness and Education
-
Personalized Healthcare
-
-
Capabilities for large-scale data analysis to grow the business of healthcare providers
Transparent and efficient patient experience is essential for healthcare providers to address the patient's needs before and after their care visits.
The goal is to use patient behavior data analysis to optimize the communication between patients and healthcare providers.

-
Collect data points during the pilot for each pre and post-patient visit and analyze them based on speed and communication, as well as satisfaction parameters, to categorize them into actionable implementation steps for improvement.
-
Dashboard for healthcare providers based on gathered data analysis indicating the key areas for improvement for healthcare providers to save time and costs.

A pilot study to validate the value of patient behavior data analysis on the business development of healthcare providers focusing on primary care.

A pilot study will be carried out to track patients' behavior during all pre- and post-visit visits, to improve communication between patients and healthcare providers, and to raise patients' awareness of the care process by encouraging them to take a more active role in their own health.
In addition, this efficient procedure gathered in the pilot study will reduce the amount of work that nurses and doctors must perform, freeing them up to more easily and effectively care for more patients.
