Dermatology
We studied images with the following features:

10K images up to 100K images
-
The images were taken with a dermatoscope (dermatoscopic)

The images of skin lesions
-
The images have a resolution of at least 1080p
-
Each image has an associated diagnosis that was obtained through histopathologic analysis
-
Each image is provided alongside the age and sex of the patient
-
Each image is provided alongside the location of the lesion on the body (e.g. lower left arm)
-
The country from which the image was collected provided
-
Each image is attached to an SOP that details how it was collected and any processing performed
The distribution of different diseases;

More than 5% of Melanoma
-
More than 5% of Basal Cell Carcinoma
-
More than 5% of Squamous Cell Carcinoma
-
Less than 70% of Benign Nevus
Neurology
We studied images with the following features:
-
The patient diagnosed with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI)
-
The patient’s sex and date of birth
-
Mini-mental state exam (MMSE) total score, and exam date
-
Clinical dementia rating sum of boxes (CDR-SB), and exam date
-
T1-weighted brain MRI scan
-
Non-contrast
-
Field strength 1.5T or 3T
-
Resolution up to 1.31 mm acceptable, 1 mm preferred
-
Good GM-WM (gray/white matter) differentiation, no major mass lesion
-
No major image artifacts such as distortion, motion, susceptibility, or aliasing
-
-
Availability of clinical follow-up confirming either:
-
Diagnosis of Alzheimer’s dementia in any future follow-up visit but no later than 5 years from the time of the MRI scan. Or,
-
The patient remained non-demented for at least 5 years after the MRI scan
We also worked with a dataset of 210 patients which were not yet documented. MR coding, APOE genotype, and homocysteine are also available.
In addition to that a dementia dataset of 530 patients, all of whom were evaluated in at least 3 visits.
In total 2000 patients with various dementia diagnoses (mostly Alzheimer's disease) have their first or second visit.
